Overall excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

Cristina and staff were extremely helpful, good breakfast, quiet residential area very close to universities, cafes and transit.

First room was somewhat small, but were able to move to a larger one.

I'd go again

This would be better described as B&B - small room but I don't sit in my room so that was fine. The breakfast was great. The building was wonderful converted 1940s Bauhaus in a quiet, university area. It was near restaurants (even Starbucks) and Metro which gave easy access to the entire city. They sent me great advice about transport from airport

The only things I would say is that if you had to stay in your room it was small, not well lit & the closets were small. But i thought it was great value for money.

Wrong photos

I've booked superior room. But, when I came, the room, which I booked by photos, was busy. They offered me another "superior". But in that room was wall between a bed and a patio, which is needed to share room, because it's a family room for 3 person. I hadn't another choice except take a standard for the price of superior, because I have a claustrophobia and I can't to see a wall instead of window. After that situation ovner sent me a message that I need to know that their hotel is small and they offered me another room. I need not to know nothing, I just want to book a room by real photos and have a room for what I paid.

I would stay there again!

The owner was very helpful and the staff very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

The room was sparse but I didn’t plan to spend much time there anyway.

Weird place. Not sure if it’s a hotel or community

Very good location, near coffee and food places

No privacy. Can hear everything that’s going in in the loby. Staff doesn’t speak English Gave my key for deposit when I left the room and when I came back it was in my door!

Pleasant stay, felt very much welcome by the staff!

I think the breakfast could be improved, a bit stronger coffee, a higher quality juice, more variety on how the eggs are being served. The courtyard is very nice, but the wifi does not reach it.

Excellent hotel! Staff very friendly and helpfull. You feel at home. Also very quiet and well located. Good breakfast with egg and fruits. Nice room and bathroom.

The best place to stay in Santiago

Probably the best hotel I had during my visit to Chile. Big and clean rooms, very good breakfast, great location, free parking (not something usual in Chile), but, the best of all was the warm attitude of the staff - especially Christina, who welcomed us with her smile and helped us to feel at home ! Highly recommended ...

Súper confortable. Como en tu propia casa.

El aire acondicionado en la habitación, llegar y que esté climatizada, se nota que es un lugar que se obligan a que cada cosa funcione bien, se nota la mantención. Limpio, sábanas blancas y se notaban de tintorería, planchadas, la habitación cómoda, el balcón cómodo, ningún rincón huele a humedad, el baño no tiene presencia de hongos, todo funciona. Aunque no lo usé, tienen todo el día disponible un sector para beber té o café hacia donde confluyen las habitaciones en el segundo piso, el personal muy gentil, sobre todo la dueña, la señora Cristina, es la que tiene la mejor disposición de servicio de todo su personal. Super, aunque a mis propósitos les quede lejos, igual volvería feliz ahí. El desayuno super también.

No es que no me gustara, sino que un detalle sustantivo que podría mejorar. Tener un ropero con llave o algo para custodia de equipaje para cuando no alineas bien el checkin con el arribo, y necesitas dejar tus cosas mientras llega la hora.

Lugar seguro y muy tranquilo para alojarse en Santiago.

Algo que deseo destacar es la amable atención y ayuda del joven que tenía turno en la recepción la noche que me alojé (14.02.2019). Tuve un problema para realizar mi "chek in" en una línea aérea, y el joven venezolano que estaba a cargo fue muy amable y solícito para ayudarme a solucionar el inconveniente. La señorita que atiende el comedor a la hora del desayuno también es muy amable y eficiente.

Todo ok. Buena relación precio - calidad.

el desayuno es solo pan y café , no hay nada mas un jugo amargo.

el desayuno solo pan y café. ademas hay que tocar un timbre para que abran la puerta para entrar al establecimiento una noche llegue y no había nadie para abrirme, y pase un susto porque venían dos en moto. aumqe el lugar se ve seguro en la zona ,pero es muy oscuro. y para un huésped entrar a un hotel donde esta hospedado no debe de tocar timbre debe tener una entrada libre o por lo menos alguien que este atento, que las personas entran y salen y necesitan, mas seguridad departe del hotel.

un descubrimiento!

la calidad del espacio adaptado a la casa me pareció muy afortunado. El estilo Art Decò del hotel le da un toque nostálgico a la estancia y el mobiliario en las habitaciones es de un diseño notable. El desayuno muy bueno para una estancia breve y de muy buena calidad los productos.

Quizá un poco serios en la recepción pero todo bien. nunca hubo una descortesía.

Excelente ubicación a buen precio.

Excelente ubicación y sector tranquilo para un buen descanso. Es una casona antigua, muy bien adaptada para funcionar como un pequeño y acogedor hotel. Cuenta con buen servicio, amenidades, personal amable, buena cama. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente hotel familiar central y tranquilo

Hotel muy familiar, la dueña y el personal son muy amables, la habitación muy cómoda y linda y la ubicación insuperable pues está cerca del metro y el comercio pero en un barrio muy tranquilo y bello.

Es un detalle, pero la ducha se rebalsaba casi siempre.

Cómoda y amplia las habitaciones.

Cómoda y amplia las habitaciones. Limpia y una cama muy cómoda.

El desayuno muy pobre... aunque los pasajeros bajen tarde a tomar desayuno, siempre debe haber la cantidad suficiente de cafe, cecinas, alternativas para comer en el comedor.
